Water View in the Heart of Seattle

The location was just minutes outside of downtown which was great to be close to everything and still just out of the hustle. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't make meals at home but everything was there to do so. Nice to have indoor/designated parking spot. We liked having a car for the things we did outside the city like visiting Snoqualmie Falls and Wallace Falls(my favorite part of the trip), but we did easily Uber a few times too to avoid parking downtown. Lots of stairs in this home but really liked the modern feel. Awesome water pressure in the upstairs bathroom and nice to have a king bed in the master. Also a beautiful view of the city from the rooftop deck where we enjoyed using the gas fireplace. Host was quick to respond and easy to work with. Would recommend for sure!

Perfect spot to settle in and enjoy easy walk/drive to great dining, parks, waterfront, hilltop hoods and downtown. Mariko is a super host! She is communicative and welcoming with prompt emails and resource binder to help make the stay easy and fun. The townhouse roof deck provides a magical view at sunset. We especially liked the tranquility, modern amenities, well stocked kitchen, stylish comfy decor, garage pkg and views. This place was the perfect home base as we ventured all over Seattle visiting friends and family.

Excellent, clean, spacious townhouse. All the amenities you’d expect in a rental. Excellent communication. Really enjoyed my stay.

Place was great, couldn’t communicate with the manager due to a vrbo app issue. Only complaint is the microfiber polyester bedding and memory foam mattress - it’s hot and uncomfortable to sleep in so much synthetic material.
